What is a Special Issue?
A Special Issue is a curated collection of peer-reviewed articles focusing on a specific area within the aims and scope of the International Journal of Management and Data Intelligence (IJMDI). Special Issues is a platform to highlight emerging research areas, drive academic discussions, and foster collaborative efforts within the research community.
Your Role as a Lead Guest Editor
If you plan to propose a Special Issue, you will assume the role of Lead Guest Editor. In cases with multiple Guest Editors, one must be designated as the Lead Guest Editor. The Lead Guest Editor should possess recognized expertise in the relevant field and will be responsible for:
- Defining the scope and objectives of the Special Issue.
- Assembling a team of qualified Guest Editors.
- Identifying and inviting potential contributors.
- Supervising the peer review process to ensure high-quality submissions.
Submitting a Proposal
To submit a proposal, please email editor.ijmdi @ui-journals.com with the subject line "Special Issue Proposal" and include the following details:
- Proposed Special Issue Title/Theme.
- A detailed proposal outlining the scope and significance of the topic.
The Editorial Office will evaluate all proposals to determine their suitability for the journal. Revisions may be requested to refine and enhance the proposal prior to approval.
